Senior Services in Richland County
Richland County cares about its senior citizens.  Below you will find links to some of the most helpful services that enable seniors to remain living independently for as long as possible.

The Richland County Commission on Aging has a number of programs that range from nutrition, legal services, socialization and homemaking services. The Richland County Senior Coalition is designed to "fill in the gaps" for seniors that may not qualify for other programs.  The Senior Coalition is funded by donations and fundraisers so its board has more flexibility and is able to take individual circumstances into account. The Richland County Commission on Aging (RCCOA) offers a number of services to help our area Seniors (age 60 and over) continue to live as independently as possible.  Our services are aimed at health, nutrition, socialization, and transportation.

The RCCOA is funded by federal and state grants, county funds, and generous local contributions. All programs are open to seniors age 60 and over, regardless of income level. 

Register for Services
One quick form is all you need to fill out to take advantage of the majority of RCCOA's Senior services.  You can obtain the form by clicking here or by visiting your local Senior Center.  If you have filled out a form in the past, please make sure that you update it to reflect your current emergency contact and service needs.
