Heather has been with the Department since 2013. As a Registered Sanitarian, Heather is responsible for reviewing subdivision applications, issuing septic permits, and providing information, support and technical assistance to both consultants and the public.
Heather is an active members of the National Environmental Health Association and the Montana Water Environment Federation. She assists in organizing county roadside cleanup events and volunteers for the Richland County Conservation District Outdoor Classroom. Heather and her husband have two beautiful children, Nolan and Hannah.
