Stephanie joined RCHD in December 2020. She works on the local community building project Communities in Action, which manages the Richland County "Quality of Life" Strategic Plan and tracking measures on the various action groups. Stephanie also manages Montana Public Health Corps (MPHC), Montana's direct service AmeriCorps program. Montana Public Health Corps provides capacity to nonprofit and public health rural, frontier and tribal agencies seeking to address community needs across the state of Montana.
Stephanie earned her bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Utah while working as an accountant for the Huntsman Cancer Institute. She earned her master's degree in Positive Organizational Psychology from Claremont Graduate University. She is an Americorps Alum who served as a VISTA Training Coordinator for the Boys and Girls Club of Utah County
